Terms and Conditions
By attending RT Academy and participating in our training programs, courses, workshops, or events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment for all participants and outline the rights, responsibilities, policies, and procedures applicable to your enrolment. Continued participation in any RT Academy program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Video and Photography
Under no circumstances are photography, video recording, or audio recording permitted during any lesson, training session, or event at any RT Academy venue. This policy is in place to protect the privacy of our students and trainers, as well as the confidentiality of RT Academy's training materials and intellectual property. Any participant found taking photographs or making audio or video recordings without prior written authorisation from RT Academy may be asked to cease immediately and may be removed from the course without refund.
Make-up Lessons
RT Academy offers make-up lessons to all players and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate them throughout the term.
In the event of a rain-out, a make-up lesson will be offered where possible. If we are unable to schedule a suitable make-up lesson, a credit may be applied to your account at RT Academy's discretion.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a make-up lesson where possible. However, no credit or refund will be provided if you are unable to attend the offered make-up lesson or if you choose not to attend.
Make-up lessons are not transferable from one term to the next and must be used before the end of the current term. The only exception is where a rain-out occurs during the final week of the term and RT Academy is unable to provide a suitable make-up lesson. In this circumstance, a credit may be applied to your account.
Annual Membership Fee
All players training at RT Academy are required to hold a current RT Academy Annual Membership. This membership is compulsory for participation in all coaching programs and activities.
Annual Memberships renew on 1 January each year. Players joining from 1 July onwards are eligible for a pro-rata membership fee, which will be adjusted based on the remaining membership period for that calendar year.
Membership fees are non-refundable and must be paid before participating in any RT Academy program.
